Clark has worked in accounting standard-setting roles, in Australia, the USA and the UK, since 1987.
While his current principal responsibilities at the AASB concern public sector accounting, he has had broad involvement with many areas, including managing the work of the former Urgent Issues Group.
Prior to joining the AASB, Clark worked for a predecessor firm of Ernst & Young, in Melbourne, Singapore and Indonesia, in auditing, technical and educational roles.
