Thank you for considering providing comments to the AASB on the proposals. A preface (if any) to the document normally will identify the major issues upon which the AASB specifically seeks comment.
The AASB would prefer that respondents supplement their opinions with detailed comments, whether supportive or critical, on the major issues. The AASB regards both critical and supportive comments as essential to a balanced view. Any comments received are considered by the AASB in deciding the contents of its own submissions to other organisations.
