On 28 November 2022 the Treasury published for comment Exposure Draft Legislation which seeks to amend parts of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission Act 2001 that will empower the AASB to deliver sustainability reporting standards.
Community views are sought on the Exposure Draft Legislation and accompanying explanatory materials. Interested parties are invited to provide views to the Treasury by 16 December 2022.
