Public Sector Lead
As the Public Sector Lead, Patricia leads the public-sector-related standard-setting projects at the AASB. Patricia also contributes to the development and implementation of the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS).
Patricia has a strong technical background with experience spanning 20 years in auditing, accounting advisory and standard-setting. Prior to joining the AASB, she was a principal analyst at NSW Treasury and NSW Ministry of Health where she was responsible for providing technical advice on complex accounting issues. There, Patricia gained knowledge of the Australian public sector and developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Patricia has previously worked as an external auditor at KPMG and later became a manager at KPMG’s CFO Advisory.
